Summary: An experienced SAP Technical Expert / Team Lead is sought for a freelance role in a Greenfield S/4HANA implementation project. The position requires managing a team of SAP technical consultants and a strong technical background in SAP Basis and related systems. The role is based in Brussels and offers a hybrid working arrangement. The contract is expected to start in January 2026 and last for two years with potential extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of SAP technical consultants, both on-shore and off-shore.
- Oversee Basis operations of S/4HANA with integrations with BTP and SAP SaaS solutions.
- Ensure installation, upgrades, security, and data archiving in SAP Basis.
- Maintain strong knowledge of SAP BW, IDM, PO, SolMan, and Netweaver systems or Fiori operations.
Key Skills:
- Multiple years of experience managing SAP technical teams.
- Experience with S/4HANA and its integrations.
- Strong technical background in SAP Basis.
- Knowledge of SAP BW, IDM, PO, SolMan, and Netweaver systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
