Summary: The SAP S/4 HANA HR Consultant role is a contract position running until April 30, 2026, requiring a hybrid working arrangement with occasional travel to Western Europe. The consultant will focus on HR Absence, Attendance, and Work Schedules within SAP S/4 HANA, with a preference for candidates experienced in the energy sector, particularly nuclear. Candidates must be Sole UK Nationals eligible for SC clearance due to client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize knowledge of HR Absence in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Implement HR Attendance and Work Schedules in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Apply CATS knowledge as needed.
- Manage integrations to SuccessFactors.
- Engage in workshops across Western Europe as required.
Key Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of CATS.

Location: Hybrid - a few days a month in North West of England and the ability to travel to Western Europe for some workshops. Mostly working from home.
Rate: up to £448.88 p/d Umbrella inside IR35
Clearance required: Due to the nature of the client you must be a Sole UK National and be eligible for SC clearance (must not have been out of the country for more than 28 consecutive days in the last 5 years.)

- Good knowledge of HR Absence in SAP S/4 HANA
- Good knowledge of HR Attendance and Work Schedules in SAP S/4 HANA
- CATS knowledge valuable
- Knowledge of integrations to SuccessFactors
- Experience in the energy industry highly beneficial (role is in Nuclear).
