Summary: The role of SAP HCM PA/OM Consultant involves providing expert consultation and support for a major migration project from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central. The consultant will focus on system configuration, data migration, and resolving technical issues within a large-scale HR transformation program. This position does not include project management responsibilities and requires a strong understanding of HR processes and SAP systems. The consultant will work onsite in Brussels, Belgium, for a long-term contract duration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as lead consultant for SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central migration projects
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules (LMS, ONB 1.0, REC, RMK & GMPM)
- Develop and execute data migration strategies ensuring data integrity and completeness
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder advisory sessions, and support documentation/reporting
- Resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system alignment with business processes
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central consulting (including SAP HCM to SF EC migrations)
- Advanced expertise in SF EC configuration, customization, and data migration techniques
- Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of HR processes, SAP HCM, SAP Time, and familiarity with S/4HANA (preferred)
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
