Summary: The SAP FICO Lead role involves leading SAP FICO workstreams for a large-scale S/4HANA Greenfield implementation in Germany. The position requires strong team leadership capabilities and extensive experience in finance and controlling business processes. The candidate will manage project teams, gather business requirements, and ensure successful project delivery. This is a contract position with a duration of 12+ months, requiring occasional onsite visits in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP FICO workstreams within a large-scale S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
  • Drive process design, solution architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to functional consultants and project team members.
  • Support system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
  • Participate in onsite workshops and client meetings in Germany when required.

Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong Team Lead capabilities to join an ongoing long-term project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementations and possess strong business process knowledge across Finance and Controlling functions.
