Summary: The role of SAP EWM Consultant involves supporting a major S/4HANA transformation project in France, focusing on testing and validation within the SAP EWM workstream. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of EWM processes, particularly those driven by Radio Frequency (RF) technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases for SAP EWM
- Lead and coordinate RF (Radio Frequency) testing and optimisation
- Validate and troubleshoot end-to-end warehouse processes, including inbound & outbound logistics, putaway & picking strategies, and internal warehouse movements
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve defects and improve system performance
- Support business users during testing cycles and provide expert guidance
- Assist in cutover planning and readiness activities
- Contribute to design adjustments for Phase 2 pilot enhancements
- Ensure documentation is maintained (test scripts, defect logs, process flows)
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM on S/4HANA
- Proven expertise in RF framework (Radio Frequency) configuration and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of core EWM processes, including warehouse structure & master data, picking, packing, and staging, and yard management (desirable)
- Experience working in testing phases (SIT/UAT) of large-scale SAP programmes
- Ability to analyse and resolve integration issues across SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, TM)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills in an international environment
- Experience working with tier 1 consultancies or large system integrators is highly desirable
