Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization within the SAP system.
- Lead the rollout of new SAP features, updates, and system enhancements from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues across the business.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Create and maintain crystal report layouts.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions to ensure end-users are confident and capable in utilizing SAP effectively.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working as a functional or technical SAP Consultant.
- Strong configuration skills in core SAP Business One HANA Edition.
- Experience with full-lifecycle SAP implementations or significant system upgrade projects.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for translating business challenges into technical solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
