Key Responsibilities:
- Globally define requirements and needs, translating them into user stories.
- Document requirements in user stories and present them for BCO/DA approval.
- Work with Product Manager, Product Owner, and Business Owner to prioritize features for PI Planning.
- Manage change requests and enhancements, updating status in Jira.
- Collaborate with and manage IT for development efforts and align with different teams during the development process.
- Test developments, create test cases, and conduct System Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- Document processes and training materials, create training material for the training factory, and develop playbooks.
- Support the green team on pre-deployment activities as a subject matter expert.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of global template development and implementation.
- Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications (user stories).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., PI Planning).
- Strong testing and quality assurance skills, including test case creation and defect management.
