Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to work on a critical project in the public sector, specifically within the policing domain. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce in large-scale public sector projects, particularly with NVPP3 clearance. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, map business processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders from policing and government departments to gather and document business requirements.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for Salesforce-based solutions.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points.
* Analyze and model business processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
* Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
* Ensure Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
* Assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet the business requirements.
* Provide support during the implementation phase and assist in post-implementation reviews.

Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce implementations, particularly in the public sector (ideally in policing or law enforcement).
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications.
* Experience in gathering and defining business requirements, process mapping, and writing functional specifications.
* Expertise in writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and translate business needs into technical requirements.
* Experience working with public sector stakeholders, especially in policing or law enforcement projects.
* NVPP3 clearance or the ability to obtain it.
