Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Implement automation strategies using Salesforce tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.
- Document user stories and create work and process flows.
- Analyze existing Salesforce workflows and provide improvements.
- Ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements.
- Create prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to validate solution design (advantageous).
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers to implement Apex-based solutions when needed (advantageous).

As Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll engage with internal stakeholders, gathering and defining requirements, as well as then implementing automation strategies using Salesforce tools such as Flows, Process Builder and Apex triggers. Proven experience as Salesforce Business Analyst: Strong communication skills and proven experience taking requirements from stakeholders. Proven experience documenting user stories and creating work and process flows. Analysed existing Salesforce workflows, providing improvements and ensuring compliant with governance and audit requirements. Any of the following is advantageous: Created prototypes, wireframes and mock-ups to validate solution design. Worked with Salesforce Developers implementing Apex-based solutions when needed.
