Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate workshops to gather and validate business requirements
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities
- Document As-Is and To-Be process flows
- Manage and prioritize change requests and requirements
- Define and maintain project scope documentation
- Use Jira to track and manage requirements and tasks
- Support change management activities related to migration
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business and technical requirements
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation
- Proficiency in Jira for tracking and managing requirements
- Experience in documenting project scope, process flows, and change requests
- Understanding of change management principles
- Experience in API requirements and design
- Background in Salesforce (including workflows and platform knowledge)
- Prior involvement in technical migrations of customer data across platforms

Role purpose / summary
The role requires a strong BA skillset to support with Requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, facilitating workshops, document as is and to be flows, skills required in Jira, change request and change management of requirements prioritisation, documenting project scope.
