Summary: The Sales Progression Consultant role involves providing exceptional sales progression services within a large housing association's After Sales team on a temporary basis. The position requires managing a high-volume pipeline and ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders in the shared ownership homes sector. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in sales progression and a strong understanding of relevant funding requirements. The role is hybrid and has an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier sales progression service to customers, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
  • Liaise effectively with leaseholders, solicitors, IFAs, and various internal teams including marketing and service charges.
  • Maintain regular, professional communication with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant sales progression experience, specifically in shared ownership homes.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Experience working with CRM and Sales Management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Homes England and GLA capital funding requirements for shared ownership.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle multiple cases in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to provide effective advice on conveyancing procedures and keep customers updated during resales and interim staircasing processes.

Salary (Rate): 26.46
