Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the company’s product range in different markets, influencing priorities and preparing for new product launches.
- Give technical agronomic presentations in the territories, using various tools such as PowerPoint.
- Assist the regulatory and logistics departments with new labels, regulatory procedures and product information sheets.
- Provide training on best agronomic and nutritional practices in the territories and establish effective technical knowledge of the company’s products.
- Coordinate and run development trials, validate technical assumptions, and provide expert guidance to regulatory and product sales teams.
- Analyse and communicate results and recommendations to local and regional teams, as well as customers.
- Support the regional sales team with technical product knowledge and contribute to market research initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in agronomy, with a master’s degree in plant sciences or related fields being an advantage.
- Proven high level of technical agronomic knowledge and proven experience in agronomic and technical areas related to crop protection products.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and technical, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel throughout the region and work independently.
