Prepare Compliance Monitoring performance data. Generate audit checklists in Centrik, particularly for AOC and ATO audits. Support the approval of Providers primarily to support operations and training. Be pro-active concerning compliance issues to all Company management and personnel. Safety To promote and live the behaviours that show we always have safety at the core of everything that we do Working with the Head of Safety and Compliance and Safety Reporting Manager promoting aviation safety across all activities Carrying out investigations and associated root cause analysis related mainly to operational and training safety cases Supporting the process of identification, documenting and management of hazards through risk assessments and associated actions Supporting the provision of safety and safety performance data and the monitoring of Safety Performance Indicators Supporting the Safety Reporting Manager in the management of Safety Action Groups
