Summary: The Research & Development Engineer role is a 10-month contract position based in Gaydon, focusing on ensuring compliance with research and design methodologies within the automotive industry. The engineer will be responsible for analyzing test results, formulating business plans, and organizing technical presentations. This position requires a hybrid working arrangement and is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that research and design methodologies meet established standards

- Analysing quality/safety test results to ensure compliance with standards
- Keeping abreast of new developments in the industry
- Organizing technical presentations to customers and/or industry groups
- Ensuring technical, functional, cost, and timing targets are met
