Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to EHS policy, LSO profile, and other site guidance.
- Record data in electronic notebook.
- Write study plans and execute experiments.
- Prepare buffers and media, including filtration and storage.
- Perform and develop non-standard assays and procedures for project work.
- Conduct CHO cell culture in various vessels including deep well plates, shake flasks, roller bottles, and bioreactors up to 5 liters.
- Monitor culture stations for cell growth, viability, metabolites, and various process parameters daily.
- Work as part of a team and complete housekeeping activities to maintain workplace standards.
- Record all data and results accurately in specified forms (electronic and paper) while adhering to GMP and Data Integrity principles.
- Perform lab chores as assigned.
Key Skills:
