Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to EHS policy, LSO profile, and other site guidance.
  • Record data in electronic notebook.
  • Write study plans and execute experiments.
  • Prepare buffers and media, including filtration and storage.
  • Perform and develop non-standard assays and procedures for project work.
  • Conduct CHO cell culture in various vessels including deep well plates, shake flasks, roller bottles, and bioreactors up to 5 liters.
  • Monitor culture stations for cell growth, viability, metabolites, and various process parameters daily.
  • Work as part of a team and complete housekeeping activities to maintain workplace standards.
  • Record all data and results accurately in specified forms (electronic and paper) while adhering to GMP and Data Integrity principles.
  • Perform lab chores as assigned.
