Summary: This role is for a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Core HCM and Case Management, requiring a blend of business analysis and technical skills to develop scalable Workday solutions. The position is a 6 to 8-month contract, primarily remote, and seeks candidates with over 5 years of Workday experience. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a background in HR processes, with a preference for those familiar with PeopleSoft HCM. The consultant will act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective implementation and support of Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to understand and translate business requirements into Workday solutions.
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions, process workshops, and solution discussions with business users.
  • Configure and support Workday Core HCM and Case Management modules.
  • Analyze current HR processes and recommend system improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Support the design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday solutions.
  • Create functional specifications, business requirements documents, process flows, and solution documentation.
  • Collaborate with integration and technical teams to support data conversions, interfaces, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and business processes.
  • Support Workday releases and assess the impact of new functionality on business operations.
  • Participate in testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production validation.
  • Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution for Workday users.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Workday HCM solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Workday Case Management, Business Process Configuration, Reporting and Calculated Fields, Security and Functional Setup.
  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst with technical exposure on Workday projects.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into system solutions.

seeking a highly motivated Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Core HCM and Case Management. This role is ideal for a professional who combines the business analysis skills needed to engage with stakeholders and gather requirements with the technical expertise required to translate those requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Workday experience, a solid understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and prior experience working on technical Workday implementations, integrations, configurations, or support projects. A background in PeopleSoft HCM is highly desirable.
