Workday Request Framework Consultant

Summary: We are seeking a skilled Workday professional with expertise in Request Framework configuration and business process customization for a remote engagement. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement scalable Workday configurations. This role demands a proactive approach and strong communication skills to effectively troubleshoot and optimize processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday and a strong understanding of business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Workday Request Framework solutions
• Create and maintain custom Business Processes (BPs)
• Design and build complex questionnaires within Workday
• Collect, understand, and interpret customer and business requirements
• Translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions and configurations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes
• Perform smoke testing and validate configurations prior to formal QA/testing cycles, rather than simply handing work off to downstream testing teams
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices
