Focus on WD are currently seeking a Workday HRIS Manager to join a Workday Customer who are already live with Workday on an 11 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.
 
Position: Workday HRIS Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time, 11 Months
Start Date: At the Earliest possibility  
Location: UK - 100% Remote Working
Salary: 90,000- 110,000 Base Salary pro rata d  
 
Ideal Individual:

• You ll have experience as a Workday HRIS Manager officially people managing individuals
• Workday Configuration skills across Core HCM, plus other HCM modules including Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits
• Ability to champion the Workday System, driving efficiency, continuous improvement, configuration, support, optimisation and enhancement
• Superb Stakeholder and Communication skills
• Ideally you ll have undergone some Workday fundamentals, Pro or SI Certification training

 
Overview:

• Join a Live Workday customer with a headcount of circa 2,500 people as they continue to drive improvement and optimisation of the Workday platform
• People Management responsibilities of 2 Analysts inspiring the team to drive continuos improvement and support forward to help the business see the maximum return of investment & utilisation of the system capability
• Champion the Workday system within the business, acting as a voice of the system whilst working with a range of stakeholders
• Help drive forward the Workday roadmap whilst also acting as a Hands on Configuration specialist across the modules in place Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking & Benefits (with plans to deploy others later down the line)
• Drive internal performance of the system whilst helping identify key area s of improvement
