Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of Windchill PLM solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Define system architecture, integration strategies, and data migration plans.
- Customize and configure Windchill modules including PDMLink, MPMLink, and ProjectLink.
- Ensure system scalability, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Windchill.
- Provide mentorship and support to development and implementation teams.
- Document architecture, configurations, and best practices.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in PLM systems with at least 5 years in Windchill architecture and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink).
- Experience with Windchill customization using Java, JSP, Info*Engine, and Windchill APIs.
- Familiarity with CAD integrations (Creo, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Experience with system integration, data migration, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
