Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to provide support and enhancements for existing implementations in various modules. This role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and excellent communication skills. The position is fully remote and focuses on business-facing responsibilities. The consultant will act as the primary point of contact for SuccessFactors issues and drive resolution end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level production support for Employee Central and related modules
  • Act as the primary point of contact for SuccessFactors issues and drive resolution end-to-end
  • Manage interfaces and integrations to support evolving business needs
  • Perform impact analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Support testing activities (regression, upgrades, validations)
  • Handle day-to-day tickets and prioritize based on business impact
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors
  • Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and variance checks
  • Support data replication issues (EC to Payroll / ECC)
  • Document system changes and support knowledge transfer activities
