Job title: Visio Project/Business AnalystDuration: PART-TIME - This role is a contract for 20 full days that can spread across 4 -8 weeks.Flexibility: Work can be done at any time in the day. Five days will need to be worked during normal working hours (9-5) for workshops.Rate: The rate for this role is between 250.00 - 280.00 OUTSIDE IR35.Location: All work can be done remotely Who will you be working for?We are looking for an expert in Vision to support our education sector client in HR projects. Our client is recruiting an analyst to support an HR Project, specialising in all things Visio. The contractor will work with the People Management Review Team to create the current Level 1 As Is process maps within Microsoft Visio for the key processes within the People Directorate. The contractor will support workshops where the objective is the creation of To Be process maps in Microsoft Visio for the key processes within PD.The contractor will deliver completed To Be process maps in Microsoft Visio with swim lanes outlining the key stakeholders and supplementary notes explaining each stage in the process.What you will be doingIdentify all key processes currently: Recruitment, Contractual Changes, Leavers, Employee Relations, Reward.Identify all key stakeholders: PD Systems, PD Hub, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Reward. Schedule meetings with key stakeholders and the PMR Lead via Microsoft Teams. Create a standard template for documenting processes and quick wins. Prepare interview questions to understand the current processes and pain points. Ask stakeholders to describe their processes at a high level (Level 1). Document each step of the process as described in Microsoft Visio.Identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Discuss any immediate 'quick wins' that could be implemented. Identify all key stakeholders: PD Systems, PD Hub, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Reward. Schedule process workshop meetings with each stakeholder and the PMR Lead via Microsoft Teams. Attend process workshops Document the changes to As Is process flows to create streamlined, lean processes. Present the updated process flows in Microsoft Visio to create the To Be process flows incorporating the quick wins captured in Phase 1.Work with the People Management Review Lead, to obtain sign off for each To Be process.
