Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

- Analyze and assess AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, and adherence to film editing principles.
- Collaborate asynchronously with Mercor’s research teams to refine project outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong experience working full-time as a Film and Video Editor.
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and post-production techniques.
- Excellent written communication and ability to describe editing decisions clearly.
- Must have access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
