Summary: The role of UiPath RPA Specialist/Developer involves leading automation projects within a large-scale Digital Transformation initiative, focusing on RPA solutions and system designs. The position requires a skilled professional who can collaborate with stakeholders and drive projects from concept to deployment. The candidate will also be responsible for building and testing UiPath workflows, ensuring high code quality, and aligning the RPA roadmap with business priorities. This is a remote position with an immediate start for a 6-month duration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle large-scale and independent automation projects as a hybrid developer/architect.
- Build, test, and release UiPath workflows based on logical business designs.
- Review peer designs for scalability and high code quality.
- Align the RPA roadmap with business priorities alongside product managers and functional heads.
- Manage documentation, technology integration, and post-launch support.
Key Skills:
- UiPath Professional Certification.
- Proven ability to lead technically, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Skilled in workshop facilitation and gathering complex requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to evaluate business needs and identify true requirements.
- UiPath Solution Architect Certification (desirable).
- 3-5 years in similar roles with deep UiPath architecture knowledge.
- Strong coding skills (SQL, SOQL) and experience with IDP, Google Vertex, or LLMs.
- Agile delivery and CI/CD experience.
- Insight into UK Recruitment Law or financial terms.
