About The Role
We’re building the future of school at Noon Academy and we need engineers who could help us create just that. To get these engineers onboard we need someone who can match the engineers’ aspirations to Noon growth story. Inviting applications for high-agency recruiter to join our team and support tech hiring in the UK. You will collaborate closely with the founders & tech leaders ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our Engg team in London office and achieve Noon’s vision. This is a full-time Contract role, and fully remote.

Requirements:
Between 2-6 years of full-cycle Technical recruiting experience in a startup environment in the UK
Experience in scaling Product and Engineering function
End to end ownership of recruiting with emphasis on sourcing (ability to identify target niche skill sets) & candidate experience.
Stakeholder & Project management (managing expectations, communicate progress and timely delivery).
Data Analytics to track and report the relevant hiring metrics that keeps us focused
Proactive & clear communication
High ownership & autonomy with low supervision
