Summary: The Technical Lead is responsible for the solution architecture, technical delivery, and integration landscape for the CDPH SCM solution. This role involves defining the end-to-end architecture for D365 SCM, Power Platform, and the integration layer, while ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance. The Technical Lead will also oversee the implementation of various components such as Warehouse Management, Inventory, and Order Management, and lead integration efforts with multiple systems. Additionally, the position requires extensive experience in development, testing, and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define end-to-end architecture for D365 SCM, Power Platform, and integration layer.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Design and oversee Warehouse Management, Inventory, and Order Management for D365 SCM implementation.
- Ensure OOTB-first approach with minimal customization.
- Lead integration experience with systems like HAMRRS, FedEx, Salesforce, and FDA/EPCIS.
- Implement solutions using Azure API Management and MuleSoft.
- Lead DSCSA implementation including EPCIS, TI/TS, and traceability.
- Design barcode-driven workflows.
- Lead SIT/UAT/performance testing and oversee release management and environment setup.
Key Skills:
- 12-16+ years IT experience.
- 8+ years D365 / ERP experience.
- 3-5 years in a Technical Lead role.
- Strong SCM and integration background.
