Summary: The SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist role focuses on creating advanced reports using Learning Management System (LMS) and Employee Central (EC) data. The position requires hands-on experience with custom fields and proficiency in the Report Story functionality within People Analytics. The candidate will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to deliver actionable reporting solutions. This is a contract position that is outside of IR35 and fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain advanced SuccessFactors reports and dashboards using Report Story.
- Combine data from LMS and EC modules, including custom fields, to produce accurate, meaningful insights.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
- Optimise reporting performance, ensure data integrity, and support testing and validation.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and People Analytics.
- Strong understanding of both LMS and EC data models.
- Demonstrable experience using Report Story for custom reporting.
- Ability to work independently, interpret business requirements, and deliver accurate outputs under tight timelines.

W6 Resources is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Reporting Expert with strong hands-on experience in creating advanced reports using Learning Management System (LMS) and Employee Central (EC) data.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working with custom fields across both modules and be fully proficient in building reports using the Report Story functionality within People Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build and maintain advanced SuccessFactors reports and dashboards using Report Story.
Combine data from LMS and EC modules, including custom fields, to produce accurate, meaningful insights.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
Optimise reporting performance, ensure data integrity, and support testing and validation.
Essential Experience:
Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and People Analytics.
