Overview

One of our clients is inviting Founders and Early Operators to help us document and review data systems they’ve built or managed at mid-size startups (20–150 people). We are seeking individuals with firsthand experience building, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems in startup environments. This engagement involves documenting architectural decisions and reviewing how operational data supports business decision-making.

Who This Is For

  • Experienced Founders: You have built or managed non-trivial internal systems in high-growth environments.
  • Startup Veterans: Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment (20–150 people) is required.
  • Domain Agnostic: We value architectural complexity over specific industry experience.
  • Availability: You can commit to a short-term, clearly scoped research engagement.

Engagement Details

  • Scope: Retrospective documentation and technical review of previously built systems.
  • Privacy: This is a private research effort. Full technical specs and compensation will be shared after an initial screening.
