Summary: The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing curriculum for Customer Experience Operations and Distribution Center organizations, focusing on both new hire training and existing employee development. This role serves as the subject matter expert in instructional design, e-Learning, and learning technologies, requiring expertise in adult learning theory and technical software training, particularly in Supply Planning software.

Key Responsibilities:

Description:

Day to day responsibilities: designing and developing curriculum for the Customer Experience Operations and Distribution Center organizations. The subject matter may include content for the various groups including Customer and Technical Support, Shared Services and Distribution Centers for both new hire training and existing employee development. Primarily, the role of Senior Instructional Designer functions as the department subject matter expert (SME) for instructional design, e-Learning, learning technologies and LMS administration demonstrating up-to-date expertise in adult learning theory, best practices, various delivery modalities, and new technologies. This role requires experience developing technical software training, preferably Supply Planning software.
