Summary: The Sr. Arc GIS Support Analyst role involves providing development and technical support for ConEd's ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system. The position requires expertise in Python, Angular JS, and ASP .NET, along with responsibilities for system monitoring, performance tuning, and user role administration. The analyst will also coordinate with various teams and support users with troubleshooting and problem resolution. Flexibility in working hours is required, including weekends on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide development and technical support (1st, 2nd or Tier 3 Level) to the ConEd ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications.
  • Take up development for minor enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, ASP .net (C#).
  • Support ConED Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests.
  • Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
  • System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
  • Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
  • Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc.
  • Support hours shift: Be flexible from 9 AM up to 9 PM EST and weekend on a rotational base.

Key Skills:

  • 5-10 years of experiences of administration, support, and development ArcGIS applications.
  • 5-10 years of experiences in administrating and supporting ArcFM applications.
  • Development and coding experiences using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, .Net (C#).
  • Experiences in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
  • System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
  • Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
