Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and support Transport Club HOPS, Fulfilment, and Actora platforms.
- Deliver software enhancements across the full lifecycle from design through deployment.
- Support DevOps delivery pipelines and assist with escalations from the service desk.
- Work closely with internal teams and third-party clients to support platform usage and improvement.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements to engineering practices, tooling, and platform performance.
- Participate in Agile delivery cycles including sprint planning, development, and release.
