ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: UK (Fully Remote) | Contract: 6 Months (Initial) | Outside IR35

We’re seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with proven expertise in FSM and Asset Management to support and stabilise an in-flight implementation. This role requires someone confident in assessing current configurations, identifying gaps, and driving improvements to get delivery back on track.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with strong ServiceNow FSM & Asset delivery experience
  • Hands-on involvement in implementation recovery or optimisation projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL and agile delivery
  • ServiceNow certifications (CIS - FSM) desirable
