Senior Project Manager

Summary: The Senior Project Manager will oversee data and process orchestration for a significant digital transformation program within the consumer goods sector. This role, primarily remote from the UK, involves strategic data integration and process alignment across R&D and cPLM environments. The position requires collaboration with consulting partners and internal teams to enhance product lifecycle and quality management processes. The contract is for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pilot initiatives focused on data flows between SAP PLM, ERP (MDG), and Edge systems.
• Pressure-test key data decisions such as golden records for Q&FS and enterprise data destinations.
• Track milestones and risks, ensuring continuous delivery and visibility.
• Collaborate with top-tier consulting partners and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with process architects and process intelligence teams to design scalable R&D and quality processes.
• Document business processes using Signavio, CALM, and PDDs (Process Design Documents).
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews across cPLM, PPM, and quality domains.
• Coordinate cross-pillar dependencies for clear, consistent integration across workstreams.

Key Skills:
