Summary: The Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure is tasked with leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's IT infrastructure. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, systems administration, network management, or related areas.
- 3–5+ years of leadership or people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of server, storage, virtualization, networking, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.
- Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
- Understanding of IT service management and operational best practices.
- Strong project, budget, vendor, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with infrastructure automation, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
