- Review and mentor trace quality to ensure optimal clarity, logical flow, and documentation of reasoning.
- Develop data strategies that expose LLMs to diverse and challenging decision-making contexts.
- Contribute directly to training pipelines that make AI models more reliable, capable, and trustworthy.
Key Skills:
- Experienced in machine learning, AI research, or a closely related technical field with a strong focus on model reasoning and evaluation.
- Skilled at decomposing complex problems into clear, logical, well-documented steps.
- Familiar with advanced LLM evaluation and training methodologies.
- Able to think both architecturally and granularly, seeing the big picture while sweating the details.
- Self-directed and comfortable producing high-quality work independently.
