  • Manage Kafka Cluster Configuration and Management, High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR), Backup and Restore Strategies, Security and Encryption, Monitoring and Optimization, Maintenance and Troubleshooting, Collaboration and Documentation.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing and administering Apache Kafka in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Kafka architecture, including brokers, Zoo Keeper, Kafka Connect, and Kafka Streams.
  • Experience in high availability and disaster recovery configurations for Kafka clusters.
  • Experience with security best practices, including SSL/TLS encryption, SASL, and Kerberos.
