Senior Consultant (Modern Work Compliance / Compliance / M365)

Summary: The Senior Consultant - M365 Compliance and Governance role focuses on ensuring Microsoft 365 environments meet compliance and security standards. The consultant will serve as the primary contact for clients, advising on compliance strategies and developing tailored solutions. This position requires a strong background in Microsoft 365 compliance and governance, along with excellent communication skills. The role is remote, allowing flexibility in work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Specialise in M365 compliance and security: Ensure that all Microsoft 365 environments adhere to compliance standards and security protocols.
• Consultant for Microsoft 365 Compliance and Governance: Act as the primary contact for customers regarding M365 compliance, governance, and infrastructure.
• Advise on compliance strategies: Provide guidance on the introduction and long-term development of compliance and governance frameworks within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Develop and implement compliance solutions: Work with clients to create and implement tailor-made M365 compliance and governance solutions.
• Best practice configuration: Ensure that customers' M365 infrastructures and services are configured according to compliance and governance best practices.
• Optimize compliance portfolio: Contribute ideas to optimize the compliance and governance portfolio and support its implementation within the business.

Key Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 with a focus on compliance and governance.
• Strong experience in consulting, planning, and implementing IT systems and cloud solutions with a compliance and governance focus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with a confident and appreciative demeanor towards customers.
• Ability to work flexibly and independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
• High customer orientation, an independent way of working, and willingness to travel for possible on-site customer appointments.
• Relevant training and/or a degree, with professional experience in Microsoft compliance and governance.
• Fluent in German and English.
