Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for multi-disciplinary teams

  • Track team metrics, highlight risks, and proactively remove blockers

We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master with current and extensive Public Sector experience , ideally within GDS-aligned programmes , who can embed Agile practices, drive team delivery, and operate as a true servant leader.
