The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in GDS-aligned programmes and a strong background in Agile practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for multi-disciplinary teams
- Embed Agile practices and continuous improvement across teams
- Support Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and delivery confidence
- Track team metrics, highlight risks, and proactively remove blockers
- Champion a servant-leadership approach that drives delivery outcomes
