Summary: The role of Scrum Master / Agile Coach involves supporting the Customer Service Release Train with a focus on empowering teams and enhancing their performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Customer Service Release Train as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach.
- Empower teams to achieve high performance through effective facilitation.
- Apply Scrum principles and manage Scrum processes using JIRA.
- Assist in team self-organization and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate workshops and occasional onsite meetings.
- Contribute to SAP-related projects, including migrations and integrations.
