Summary: The Scrum Master role involves supporting the delivery of a security-focused programme through effective facilitation of agile practices and stakeholder coordination. The position requires collaboration with programme leadership and delivery teams to ensure alignment with project commitments and governance standards. The role is remote but requires flexibility across EU/India and US time zones, with occasional travel to Memphis, US for key workshops. The contract is for 12 months and classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and release readiness sessions.
- Manage RAID logs, drive resolutions, and escalate blockers early.
- Ensure workstream delivery aligns to PI commitments and the overall Crawl-Walk-Run framework.
- Organise and coordinate demo sessions, sprint reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Run regular update meetings with technical leads and senior management.
- Provide clarity of progress, risks, and upcoming milestones to programme leadership.
- Support preparation of reports, dashboards, and leadership briefings.
- Help teams adopt repeatable practices for secure application and platform delivery.
- Coordinate closely with teams focused on secure platform patterns, threat modelling, chatbot functionality, and accountability metrics.
- Proactively support programme governance improvements and ensure process consistency.
- Work flexibly across EU/India and US time zones as needed.
- Participate in key workshops (including potential travel to the US).
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Programme Manager and PMO teams.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or hybrid PM/Scrum role in a technical environment.
- Strong delivery discipline, RAID management, and agile ceremony facilitation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in security, secure development, or governance frameworks (advantageous but not required).
- Comfortable working with multiple distributed teams in a large, global programme.

Overview
We are hiring two Scrum Master/Project Managers to support delivery of the programme. This work covers secure platform patterns, GenAI threat modelling, chatbot capabilities, and security accountability metrics-forming a broad security framework to ensure best-practice protection for new applications and workloads.
These roles will work directly with programme leadership and several delivery teams to drive cadence, clarity, and structure throughout WALK and RUN PIs.
