You will guide and coach teams on Scrum practices, and develop their understanding of Agile principles.If you have proven and demonstrable experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (for example, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives) and reinforcing an Agile culture. If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!You will be used to working on large international projects (2-3 years in length), working with 9 work streams and with the ability to lead 2/3 Agile teams at once.Our esteemed enterprise global client is initiating a massive project anticipated to last up to 4 years, and we are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join the team.
