Summary: We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join a UK consultancy, focusing on delivering technical business change initiatives for a public sector client. The role requires expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and involves facilitating workshops, conducting GAP analysis, and engaging stakeholders. Candidates must have active SC clearance to be considered for this position. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops and conduct GAP analysis
- Define AS IS and TO BE processes
- Create and manage user stories
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Map and engage stakeholders effectively
- Translate technical requirements into business language and vice versa
- Document requirements and ensure traceability
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Miro, Confluence, and Visio
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Salary (Rate): £500 per day
