SAP PaPM -Workstream Project Manager- Remote with 30% Travel-Expenses Paid

Summary: The Workstream Project Manager for SAP PaPM will be responsible for developing and overseeing project plans for the implementation of PaPM, ensuring effective coordination among various teams. This role involves facilitating communication with stakeholders, managing project risks, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires a strong background in project management, particularly within SAP environments, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. The role is remote with some travel requirements and expenses covered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for PaPM implementation including environment setup, modeling, testing, and deployment phases
• Coordinate resources across functional and technical teams ensuring optimal allocation of PaPM SMEs, developers, and business stakeholders
• Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status reporting, risk escalation, and issue resolution processes
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to data quality, system integration, performance, and business requirement changes
• Oversee quality assurance processes including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for PaPM solutions
• Manage change requests and scope modifications while maintaining project objectives and deliverable quality
• Ensure knowledge transfer and training delivery to business users and support teams

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• 6+ years of experience in SAP project management with minimum 2 years in PaPM or financial systems implementations
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in complex system integration projects
• Agile/Scrum methodology expertise with experience in sprint-based delivery approaches
• Change management certification and experience in business transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and SAP project delivery frameworks
