Sap Dms

Summary: We are seeking an SAP DMS consultant to implement and optimize document management processes within SAP for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring the SAP DMS module, managing document workflows, and ensuring integration with other SAP modules and external systems. This role requires a strong understanding of document management and system integration within the SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP DMS module to support business document management requirements
• Design and implement document structures, classification systems, and metadata schemas
• Manage document versioning, change control, and approval workflows
• Implementing BTP Document Management Service
• Ensure proper integration between SAP DMS and other SAP modules MM, QM, PP, EWM etc
• Building dashboard for reporting, quick search of documents
• Integrate SAP DMS with external systems, third-party applications and outlook integration
• Develop and maintain interfaces for document exchange using SAP PI/PO or CPI
• Troubleshoot and resolve DMS-related issues, including CPI, IDOC failures and batch job errors
• (Optional) Support CAD integration and engineering change management processes

Key Skills:

• Experience with SAP DMS module configuration and management
• Knowledge of document management processes and workflows
• Familiarity with SAP integration tools such as PI/PO or CPI
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DMS
• Understanding of document structures, classification systems, and metadata schemas
• Experience with dashboard creation for reporting purposes
• Optional experience with CAD integration and engineering change management
