Summary: The role of SAP ERP Business Analyst focuses on supporting a global SAP S/4HANA transformation by collaborating with UK stakeholders to design and implement standardized business processes. The position requires extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA and strong stakeholder management skills. The candidate will be responsible for capturing business requirements, analyzing processes, and producing ERP documentation. This is a contract position with a duration of 12 months and involves remote work with potential travel across the UK and EU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and validate business requirements aligned with SAP S/4HANA standards
- Analyse current processes and design future-state processes
- Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops and secure stakeholder sign-off
- Produce clear ERP documentation: blueprints, functional specs, process flows
- Support integration, data migration, and governance initiatives
Key Skills:
- 5+ years' SAP S/4HANA experience (Finance, Sales, Projects, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Proven ERP Business Analyst experience in large or complex organisations
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
- SAP S/4HANA certification or formal Business Analysis accreditation preferred
- BPM tool experience (eg, Signavio) is a plus
