Summary: The Salesforce CPQ Expert role is a remote position focused on enhancing the Quote-to-Cash landscape for a rapidly scaling global organization. The expert will be responsible for designing and optimizing Salesforce CPQ solutions while collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth system integrations and support ongoing business activities. This position is part of a 12-month contract with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce CPQ and a strong understanding of pricing and subscription models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimise Salesforce CPQ solutions
- Configure complex pricing models, bundles, product rules, and approvals
- Support Q2C processes including subscriptions, renewals & amendments
- Drive alignment with RevOps, Commercial & Finance teams
- Ensure smooth system integrations (Billing, ERP, CLM and more)
- Troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements, and support BAU activities
- Provide stakeholder enablement through documentation & training
Key Skills:
- 4+ years' hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience
- Strong knowledge of pricing, discounting, product modelling & workflows
- Experience across Quote-to-Cash, Billing, and subscription models
- Strong configuration background (incl. Flows); Apex exposure an advantage
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

- We are supporting a rapidly scaling global organisation undergoing a major transformation across their revenue systems. As part of this next phase, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Expert to join the Revenue Systems team and help drive improvements across the Quote-to-Cash landscape.
What you'll do
