Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Architect with hands-on experience in integrating Salesforce with the Nice CXone platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Health Cloud and proven experience in business analysis and designing scalable solutions. This role requires expertise in various Salesforce services and a solid understanding of data modeling and governance. Relevant certifications in Salesforce and NICE CXone are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate Salesforce with Nice CXone platform.
- Gather business requirements and create user stories in JIRA.
- Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, including call flows, IVR, ACD, and omnichannel routing.
- Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud effectively.
- Work with Patient Service Platform or HUB.
- Implement strong Apex, LWC, and Rest API integrations.
- Ensure data modeling, security, and governance within the Salesforce platform.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
- Strong focus on Nice CXone integration with Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Experience in Business analysis and gathering business requirements.
