Renewals Specialist - Contractor

Summary: The Renewals Specialist Contractor at Delinea is responsible for managing customer accounts, focusing on recurring revenue and software asset management. This role involves collaborating with sales teams and technical support to enhance customer relationships and ensure optimal retention during the renewal process. The position requires expertise in licensing and a strong understanding of revenue models to effectively engage with Fortune 500 clients. The contractor will proactively manage customer experiences and drive expansions within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned customer accounts and collaborate with sales teams, professional services, and technical support.
• Develop customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty.
• Understand and manage licensing assets within accounts.
• Work with teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Drive renewal processes and manage customer journeys for optimal retention.
• Identify at-risk accounts and take appropriate actions.
• Proactively manage customer relationships and identify key stakeholders.
• Start procurement/renewal processes three months prior to renewal dates.

Key Skills:

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in customer success or related roles.
• Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with Privilege Access Service solutions like CyberArk or BeyondTrust.
• Ability to interface with complex clients at the director level.
• Understanding of technical aspects of products and solutions.
• Competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
