Remote Web Developer – WordPress

This role involves migrating a mortgage brokerage website from Zoho Sites to WordPress, hosted on Hostinger, with a focus on high performance, automation, and seamless integrations. The project requires transferring 199 blog posts, implementing a premium design using a modern builder such as Bricks or Breakdance, and ensuring the site is optimized for lead generation and user engagement. The new website will feature an advanced mortgage calculator, a live interest rate widget, and segmented lead funnels tailored to various client types. Maintaining SEO value through 301 redirects and Rank Math Pro schema is essential, as is integrating Zoho SalesIQ, PageSense, and automated lead syncing to Zoho CRM with accurate tagging. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress migrations, UI/UX, automation, and experience with Zoho products.

Deliverables

• Migrate 199 blog posts from Zoho Sites to WordPress, preserving SEO and implementing 301 redirects.
• Design and build a professional, modern website using Bricks or Breakdance builder.
• Integrate an 8-block mortgage calculator and a live interest rate widget.

Requirements

• Proven experience with WordPress migrations and custom site builds.
• Proficiency in modern WordPress builders (Bricks, Breakdance, or similar).
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including 301 redirects and schema markup.
• Experience with Zoho One, Zoho CRM, SalesIQ, PageSense, and n8n integrations.
• Ability to implement advanced calculators and widgets within WordPress.
• Solid UI/UX design skills for professional, conversion-focused websites.
• Familiarity with lead funnel setup and automation.
