Key Responsibilities:

  • Support ad hoc reporting and data requests relating to refresh operations.
  • Recommend and document service and system improvements.
  • Maintain accurate operational documentation and process runbooks.
  • Keep up to date with ServiceNow functionality and best practices.
  • Validate system performance during releases and upgrades.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow and the DLM refresh process, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.

Key Skills:
