Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Performance Testing - aligning with interface owners, validating tool feasibility (LoadRunner/manual), and preparing detailed execution reports.
• Track and manage defects, ensuring proper documentation and updates to the Defect Log deliverable for PtP
• Lead socialization sessions across time zones before each test cycle and coordinate with Release Management for upcoming releases.

For one of our international clients, RED Global is currently looking for an experienced Test Automation & Quality Management Lead to join an ongoing SAP S/4HANA global rollout program.

The role will involve overseeing multiple testing streams, ensuring quality governance, and coordinating with global delivery teams across automation, regression, performance, and defect management phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track automation progress and support the automation
• Monitor and track OQ & PQ errors, follow up with Test Managers for resolution and closure.
• Coordinate Performance Testing - aligning with interface owners, validating tool feasibility (LoadRunner/manual), and preparing detailed execution reports.
